That was a great article. I'm not surprised by the theory of the neoconservatives' plans, but I am impressed by the way in which the writer laid out his thesis.
It also explains why the Bushies never argue against Kerry when he says they "didn't have a plan to win the peace", because they actually did have a plan - they just don't want to tell anybody what it was.
